I focus on supporting the family system as a whole, including partnerships, with the aim of strengthening its ability to cope with the stress associated with addiction and to support the restoration of healthy relationships.
In my work, I build on a respectful and supportive approach. With families and couples, I look for ways to jointly manage difficult situations related to addiction and how to activate their own strength for change.
I am a graduate of Addiction Studies at the 1st Faculty of Medicine, where I continue my master's studies. I participate in the Vážka psychotherapy training (focused on working with families, couples and individuals according to the Virginia Satir Growth Model) and I have experience from various addiction services as part of study internships, primary prevention and assisted contacts between parents and children in difficult life situations.
I have completed training in motivational interviewing and a Sandplaying course. I work within my competencies as an addiction specialist and under regular supervision.
