individual addiction counseling
Mgr. Kristýna Březová

I am a graduate of Addiction Studies at the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, and I focus on individual work with adult clients who are dealing with issues of addictive or risky use. Whether it is alcohol, nicotine, medication and other drugs, or so-called non-substance addictions such as excessive gaming, digital technologies or social networks.

I can help you if:

  • You are not sure if you have your use under control.
  • You have completed treatment and are looking for support in aftercare and relapse prevention.
  • You are currently actively using/drinking or trying to stop.
  • You want to quit smoking.
  • You want to address other issues related to addictive substances or addictive behavior.

Individual approach and respect

I approach each client sensitively, with respect for their possibilities, pace and life story. Together we look for ways that have a real chance of being truly acceptable and sustainable for you in the long term. The goal is to create a safe and respectful space where we can jointly map what is happening in your life and look for options for change that will be acceptable and sustainable for you.
